The Turkish Parliament on Wednesday adopted a law that makes it easier for Turkish citizens living abroad to cast votes in the countries where they live as part of Turkish elections.
The new law also will help erase problems stemming from the nationality laws of Turkey. The list of Turkish voters eligible to vote at Turkey's missions abroad will be published by the Higher Board of Election (YSK). The YSK will decide on the missions where voting may take place. Turkish citizens living abroad will be registered as potential voters.
