Turkish interior minister has said Turkey was set to build new centers to accept, accommodate and repatriate refugees and asylum seekers in seven Turkish cities.
Idris Naim Sahin said the new centers would be located in Ankara, the capital, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Kirklareli, Izmir and Van with a total capacity to shelter 750 people.
Sahin said currently Turkey had repatriation centers in 27 provinces that can house 2161 people, adding that personnel working at those stations were trained by experts from the European Union.
