Turkey's foreign minister said on Thursday that Turkey would continue to pioneer the winds of change in the Middle East.
Ahmet Davutoglu said Turkey would supervise the winds of change in the Middle East.
"It is not possible for those, who embrace with dictator regimes instead of brother nations in the Middle East, to perceive the new understanding," Davutoglu said during a parliament session in Ankara.
Davutoglu said Turkey had not hesitated about its perspective and stance, and would maintain its stance backing humanitarian values such as freedom, rights, and national interests.
Turkey would continue to stand by Syrian people, he said.
Davutoglu said Turkey was considered a country that was pioneering a new regional order, not only a friend and brother country, in all Middle Eastern societies.
The minister called on circles criticizing the government's stance to travel to Middle Eastern countries and as about people's views on Turkey's Syria policy.
"They will express their appreciation about Turkey's noble policy," Davutoglu said.
Davutoglu said the government would continue to be the conscience of regional people and entire humanity and at the same time it would protect Turkey's national interests because it had not only a new Turkey target but also a new Middle East target in its mind.
"There is a new peace order on the basis of our new Middle East target, based on brotherhood, not based on ethnic or sectarian differences, and we will exert efforts until this peace order is established," he said.
Davutoglu also said Turkey would be the pioneer and spokesperson of this peace order.

Syrian regime responsible for current situation there, Turkish fm says
Turkish foreign minister said that Syrian regime was responsible for the current situation in the country.
Ahmet Davutoglu informed parliamentarians on the government's policy on Syria on Thursday in the parliamentary general assembly.
A comprehensive awakening and political transformation process were the bases of what has happened in the Middle East, he said.
Developments in Syria were a part of this comprehensive transformation, he said, stating that establishment of a new peace order was indispensable there.
Majority of the public raised their voice for continuation of relations between themselves and administrators on the basis of legitimacy, foreign minister said.
Davutolgu said regimes which could not respond to their people's demands for freedom, justice and equality would change or collapse sooner or later.
In the name of "status quo", freedom, justice and pluralism have been sacrificed in the Middle East, he said.
Davutoglu said Turkey was on the side of the peoples who wanted to preserve their own future, stating that they were rejecting any kind of polarization based on race and religion as well as ethnical and sectarian politics. "We think that ethnical and sectarian differences are affluence in the region," he said.
Turkey was acting with a philosophy based on universal values such as justice and reason, he said and added that the country has been exerting efforts to preserve the future of the region.
In regard to the current situation in Syria, Davutoglu said that Syrian regime which has been fighting against its own people has become a threat against regional stability, peace and security.
Continuation of status quo which did not take notice of demands of Syrian people would create chaos in the region, he said.
Davutoglu said their main goal was to carry on a policy based on an optimum balance between universal values and national interests, stating that their other goal was to create a peace, stability and prosperity zone around Turkey.
Turkey supported and kept supporting a full democratic system in Syria in which all Syrian citizens would have equal rights, he said.
