Turkey's external assets went up 1.25 percent in January, 2012 when compared to the end of 2011 and was recorded as 179.1 billion USD.
In a report published on Turkey's International Investment Position in January, 2012 on Tuesday, the Turkish Central Bank said that Turkey's liabilities in January went up 6.95 percent when compared to the end of 2011 and reached a value of 535.1 billion USD.
The difference between Turkey's external assets and liabilities in January, 2012 was recorded as -356.0 billion USD.
