German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said Saturday that especially developments in Arab countries underlined the importance of EU's strategic dialogue with Turkey.
Westerwelle delivered a speech at the 48th Munich Security Conference in Munich.
EU and NATO should act together for solution of problems and crises in the world, he said.
Westerwelle said that relations with the United States, Russia and Turkey must also be strengthened.
