Threats of war between Azerbaijan and Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh dispute continue. Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev once again warned Armenia to end the occupation in the lands of Azerbaijan. He left the message that Azerbaijan have option of usage of force to liberateher lands.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that they are towards resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh problemby peaceful methods. On the other hand, he called Azerbaijani army and people to be ready for alternative solutionsto liberation of Karabakh which is under Armenian occupation since 20 years.

Speaking during an opening ceremony, Aliyev said that Karabakh dispute should be solved within the frames of international laws.

Stressing that negotiations did not progress as they have expected because of the negative attitude of Armenia, Aliyev reminded that Armenia had to sign a document by the pressure of mediators that proposes resolution of the problem with respect to the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

Stating that Azerbaijan needs to strengthen its armed forces for resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh problem, Aliyev said that Azerbaijan is in better situation than Armenia both in military and economic aspects.

Aliyev said, “It is sure that our economical and military force lets us to solve the problem by force. But we do not want war. We do not want people to die again. We want the problem to be solved by peaceful methods. On the other hand, Azerbaijani army and people should be ready for alternative methods for liberation of our land.”
