Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu held meetings with Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Baku on Thursday.


Davutoglu is currently in Baku to attend meeting of foreign ministers of Black Sea Economic Cooperation member states.

Diplomatic sources said that bilateral relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan, the protocols which were signed by Turkey and Armenia, Azerbaijan's hauling down Turkish flag at Turkish martyrs cemetery, and recent developments about Minsk Group were discussed in the meetings.

Turkey will attend the meeting of Minsk Group, which will take place in Vienna on Friday, in the highest level.
