Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev said on Saturday that Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached the final stage in negotiation process. "Talks will lead a solution on the basis of territorial integrity," Aliyev said during his speech at the opening ceremony of the summit meeting of leaders of Turkic-speaking countries held in Azeirbaijan's Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic.

Armenia has been keeping the Upper Karabakh under occupation despite international sanctions, and the occupation on Azerbaijani territory must be ended, he said.

Aliyev said he hoped that economic relations and trade volume in the region would be boosted.
